If the employer is interested, they will hire you, and you can clock in and out of the job through the app and get paid instantly -- funds deposit to your bank the very next day!

JOBS FIND YOU: leverage RUSHs AI to have relevant jobs come to you. Dont you like a job? Teach the AI by declining the job. Over time, RUSH will learn to give you jobs you like -- without the jobs you dont.

COMPLETE PRIVACY: chat with employers (if you need to) through the app, keeping your phone number hidden.

YOUR OWN RATES: employers do not set the rates -- you do! Answer job calls and submit your offer. If the employer is interested, theyll accept!

CLOCK IN THROUGH THE APP: gone are the days of requesting a check or filling out timesheets. RUSH keeps track of your time, so simply clock in to your job through the app before you start and clock out of the job when youre done -- thats it!
